Information we collect

We collect the contact and property details you submit, including your name, email, property address, condition, timing, optional phone number, and notes. The server also records security information such as hashed network and browser identifiers, submission time, and a private receipt.

Agent callback choice

The recommended phone-review path asks for a telephone number, a separate unchecked permission box, confirmation that you are the subscriber or customary user, and your typed electronic signature. That permission covers property-related calls using automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice. Calls may include marketing or an offer to buy the property. The email-only property-review path remains available without a phone number or phone consent.

Consent evidence

If you request a call from an S.C. agent, we record the exact disclosure and version, selected phone number, typed name, date and time, page path, security identifiers, call-permission scope, consent action, and verification result when verification is available. Capturing permission does not by itself place or schedule a call, and every call remains subject to suppression, identity, jurisdiction, calling-time, and operational checks.

How we use information

We use information to evaluate the property, respond through the methods you selected, prevent abuse, maintain consent and revocation records, perform the market, title, and legal review required for the property’s state, and support a possible transaction.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share only what is reasonably needed with service providers that help operate the intake, communications, security, property analysis, customer records, title or closing process, and with legal or compliance advisers. If a transaction progresses, information may be shared with a title company, closing professional, funding source, or transaction participant as permitted by law and the agreements you sign.

Retention and security

We use access controls and keep consent events in an append-only record. Property and consent records may be retained for the period needed for the request, legal obligations, dispute prevention, and compliance evidence. No online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or revoke phone permission at any time by any reasonable method, including saying “stop” during a call or using the dedicated seller-support form. A phone revocation places the submitted number on the S.C. Seller Solutions company do-not-contact list immediately. A revocation applies going forward and does not erase a lawful record showing what permission previously existed.

Children and changes

This service is for adults and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service or law changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
