Website terms
These terms apply to the S.C. Seller Solutions property-review website. They do not replace the terms of any later written real estate agreement.
Property reviews are not contracts
Submitting information does not create an offer, purchase agreement, agency relationship, listing, assignment, or obligation to sell. Any real estate transaction must be stated in a separate written agreement and signed by the required parties.
Our role
S.C. Seller Solutions evaluates opportunities as a prospective real estate buyer or contract principal, not as your real estate agent, lawyer, tax adviser, or financial adviser unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise. You may consult independent legal, tax, financial, and real estate professionals before signing anything.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not guarantee an offer, price, closing date, savings, property value, buyer, funding, or transaction. A review may result in no offer. Property facts, title, access, condition, law, and market conditions can change what is possible.
Nationwide property reviews
We accept property-review requests from all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Service availability, transaction structure, disclosures, title requirements, and timing depend on the property and its location. Every submission receives the state-specific review required before an offer, contract, assignment, or closing may proceed.
Accurate information
You agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and to submit only phone numbers you are authorized to use. Do not submit confidential financial account numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or payment card data through the form.
Communications
The recommended S.C. agent callback path requires a valid telephone number, a separate unchecked permission box, subscriber or customary-user confirmation, and a typed electronic signature. The permission shown on that form covers property-related calls using automated technology and an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice; calls may include marketing or an offer to buy the property. Consent is not required to submit a property for review, receive a manual property review or offer, sell property, or purchase anything: an email-only path is available. You may revoke phone permission at any time by any reasonable method, including saying “stop” during a call or using the seller-support form.
Permission is not call activation
A submitted permission record does not by itself place, schedule, or guarantee a call. Identity, suppression, telephone-number, jurisdiction, calling-time, and other operational checks may be required before any call can be made.
Site availability and acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to flood the intake. We may restrict abusive traffic. The site may be changed or temporarily unavailable.
Law and changes
Applicable law controls regardless of these terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. We may update these terms, and the effective date above will identify the current version.
